Can a product have more than one approval status?

No, a product can not have more than one approval status. Each product can only have a single approval status assigned to it.

If you need to communicate additional information that an existing approval status does not fully communicate, we recommend:

• editing your existing approval statuses to create additional statuses
• creating filters that communicate additional information
