Can I delete a user from the TMS?
Currently, the TMS only supports making a user inactive. By making a user inactive, they can no longer log into the TMS.
If you have integrated SSO login with your TMS instance, the user will automatically be unable to log into the TMS if you suspend or delete the user in your SSO console's directory.
Identifying Active and Inactive Users
To the left of each user, you can see "Active" or "Inactive" in the Status column.

Making a User Inactive
In order to make a user inactive:
- Click the Settings icon in the bottom left of the TMS.
- Click the User Management card.
- Click the pencil to the right of the user you want to make inactive.
- Under the Status column, click the toggle. When the toggle is in the "OFF" position and red in color, the user will be inactive upon saving.
- Click the yellow Save button.

Should this user need to be active again, you can complete this same process to reactivate the user. When the toggle is on the "ON" position and green, the user will be reactivated after clicking the Save icon.
