[Creating & Editing Contracts](https://knowledgebase.veracityvs.com/contracts?hsLang=en#creating-editing-contracts) # Duplicating a Contract ## Contract Administrators can use the contract duplication feature to speed up the end-of-year rollover process in the Contracts module of the TMS. ### **How to Duplicate a Contract** 1\. Visit the contract you wish to duplicate. 2\. These can be adjusted as needed after duplication. - The **contract name** will be updated with the word "Copy" at the start of it. Their data points can be updated as needed after duplication. - The **Total Cost** at the top of the contract will be carried over automatically.
