By adding locations, they can be selected in the Locations dropdown when editing a contract. They will be listed in Spend by Location reports. All customers will have a minimum of the District Name already in the TMS upon onboarding. This district name cannot be edited directly in the TMS. If you wish the edit this name, please contact your Customer Success Manager. The Contract Locations management interface can be found in the Admin Settings area. Therefore, only contracts showing zero (0) in the Usage column can be deleted. To delete an unused location, click the trashcan icon in its row.
