The flexibility of Veracity's TMS allows you to use various features to communication data privacy information and parental consent information to stakeholders like teachers and parents/guardians.

Product Descriptions Pro: Can be seen front and center in the catalog (including the public catalog if active) Con: The description has a character limit of 200 characters, so depending on what other content you want in this area, you may run out of room.
Filters Pros: Product list can be filtered based on data privacy needs or desires; customizable filters Con: Not as "front and center" as other options in that it must be selected to be seen.
Approval Statuses Pros: Strongly communicates status; product list can be sorted by status; visible on product card Cons: Too many approval statuses in the list may feel messy; Only one status per product; 25 character max
Approval Status Comments Pros: Larger text area allows for more description of status; At top of product page Cons: Product must be clicked on to see; May be read over by staff
Resources Pros: Can control visibility (staff vs. public); Can add unique elements like a DPA file upload or privacy policy links; No limit on amount of information that can be added Cons: Product must be clicked on to see Resources
