Assigning a Resource to Multiple Products
Use the Multi-Product Assignment feature in order to create a linked copy of a resource under additional products.
Duplicate Resource vs. Multi-Product Assignment
When editing a Resource, you will see both the Duplicate Resource and Multi-Product Assignment buttons. While they both allow you to copy the Resource from one product to another, it's important to know how these work differently.

- Duplicate Resource creates an independent, unlinked copy. You can create a copy, update information on the copy, and the original will remain unchanged. You can learn more about Duplicate Resource here.
- Multi-Product Assignment creates a linked "copy." If you edit the copied Resource, it will also update the original Resource. This is a two-way link, so whether the original or the copied Resource is updated, it will update in both places.
