We have various template spreadsheets that specify exactly which information you need to obtain to have a robust TMS. These templates can be provided as a Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel file to our customers.
Product List Template
We have a Product List Template where you can compile your division's technology products -- whether it is to input the data yourself or to have your Customer Success Manager enter the data for you. This template specifies which data fields are required and which are optional.
Contracts Template
We have Contract Information Template where you can compile your division's technology contracts for initial entry into the TMS. This template specifies which data fields are required and which are optional. You can reference quotes, service agreements, and contracts to obtain this information and compile it in a central location for easier entry into the TMS.
